Interview with Craig
JM: Did you find it difficult to get along with other inmates? Please give examples to explain why you did or didn't.
Craig: Yes at first, I know no one, i wasnt in PA I was
in another state by myself. I was completely on
edge waiting for something to happen so i could
prove myself not to be fucked with.
JM: What types of things did you have to do to avoid problems or fights with other inmates?
Craig: Stayed away from big crowds, playing card,
playing basketball anything that would bring
attention to yourself. I had to realize things
arent usually that serious and walking away can
help but it can also make things awhoile lot
worse.. stay around ppl that dont be into
getting in trouble or having small issues.
Basically as long as you dont put your hands on
me then i dont care what u do or say.
JM: Were you able to choose an inmate as your cellmate if you knew one? How often would your cellmate(s) change?
Craig: NO.. ppl came and went i had like 5 or 6
cellies. People will be there one day and
another person will be there tomorrow. You have
no choice who your celly was
